Q7. What is screen printing?
A7. Screen printing refers to making a screen printing plate with pictures and texts by using the screen as the plate base and the photosensitive plate making method. Using the screen printing plate, the holes in the pictures and texts can pass through the ink, and the holes in the non pictures and texts can not pass through the ink
It can print through the basic principle of ink. When printing, pour ink into one end of the screen printing plate, apply a certain pressure on the ink part of the screen printing plate with a scraper, and move towards the other end of the screen printing plate at the same time

Q9. Is acrylic panel easy to scratch?
A9. Acrylic panel is never easy to scratch. Its surface hardness can reach 5h. In contrast, the hardness of glass is only 7h.

Q10. Why does acrylic touch panel become insensitive?
A10. Generally 0.9 ~ 1.3mm. There are generally the following reasons:
1. Ink, some inks have conductive components. If they are printed in a large area, all characters will be connected into one piece and become a conductor, which is equivalent to that all keys on this touch panel are pressed, which makes it difficult or even impossible to recognize, and the touch effect is naturally bad.
2. Thickness and material thickness are one of the factors affecting the capacitive touch effect. Through the test, the effect of acrylic panel is better when the thickness is 1-2mm, and the effect becomes worse when it is more than 5mm. If the acrylic thickness is too thick, the sensitivity becomes worse, and too thin affects the appearance or rigidity.
3. The contact mode between the touch point and acrylic and the area of contact sensing area will also affect the touch effect. Loose contact or small sensing area will also affect the touch effect. There are many ways for acrylic key area to contact with circuit pins. At present, the more common ones are: spring type, soft glue type, spring + conductive sheet, conductive cotton, flexible circuit board pasting, etc. there are different advantages and disadvantages in various ways. Engineers can choose according to the advantages and disadvantages of specific products.
4. It should be noted that some customer products require electroplated mirror effect. At this time, non-conductive vacuum electroplating must be used. Please remember that the mirror effect can be divided into conductive and non-conductive methods. If it is used incorrectly, it may not be touched.

Q11. Precautions for normal use of acrylic panel and acrylic label:
A11. 
(1) Acrylic plate (plexiglass) is a kind of thermoplastic organic plastic, which is soluble in benzene organic solvent and cannot be soaked or cleaned with benzene organic solution. The commonly used cleaning solvents include detergent and industrial alcohol. Wipe gently with soft cotton cloth stained with 5% detergent water or directly stained with a small amount of alcohol, remove the dirt, and then rinse with clean water.
(2) Under normal temperature, the product will not be affected by temperature and can be used safely. When the product is in the environment with the temperature above 82 ºC, the acrylic products will begin to soften and deform with the increase of temperature. Therefore, the acrylic products cannot be heated or put into the environment with the temperature higher than 82 ºC.
